Protection of personal data
It isn't compulsory to input personal data in order to access the website's content and services, although it is required in order to be able to contribute Opinions, send Curios and make contact with the Basque Film Library-Euskadiko Filmategia.

The personal data which the user provides will be incorporated into an electronic data file which is the property of the Basque Film Library-Euskadiko Filmategia, and will be processed confidentially in accordance with Basic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data.
By providing his or her data, the user gives permission for it to be processed electronically for the purposes indicated by the website.
